These Terms govern your use of Oki (the website and mobile app). By using Oki, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use Oki. If you have questions, contact us via the support email listed in our App Store listing.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Oki. If you are using Oki on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

Accounts and Access

  • You are responsible for your activity in Oki and for keeping your device and accounts secure.
  • You must provide accurate information when requested and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions and Payments

Oki may offer paid subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription through the App Store, Apple processes payment, cancellations, and refunds under Appleā€™s policies.

  • Your subscription may automatically renew unless you cancel through your App Store account settings.
  • Pricing and availability may vary by region and may change over time.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse Oki, attempt to access it using unauthorized methods, or interfere with its operation.
  • Do not upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
  • Do not reverse engineer, copy, or resell Oki except where permitted by law.

AI Features and Learning Content

Oki provides learning assistance and may use AI to generate explanations or feedback. AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use any output.

Intellectual Property

Oki and its content, features, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

Disclaimer

Oki is provided ā€œas isā€ and ā€œas availableā€. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Changes and Termination

  • We may change Oki or these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
